Come On, Let's Have a Drink!

A few kilometres from Annecy, on the hills above Villaz, a rather unconventional winegrower welcomes you to his estate. No scripted speeches, no standard guided tour — just a passionate man who ended up here almost by chance, and who has the rare gift of talking about his craft with disarming sincerity.

The half-day tour begins with a stroll through the vineyards, amongst Savoyard grape varieties and with breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the French Alps. You will then discover every stage of the winemaking process — from the bunch of grapes to bottling — with a winemaker who makes what might seem technical at first glance both accessible and fascinating.

The tour ends as it should: with a tasting of the estate’s wines, accompanied by local produce.
